These Terms of Use govern the Bet On Gammon website operated by Bet On Reach LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), including its online fantasy contests, prediction games, virtual credits, player information, leaderboards, learning resources, news, videos and enquiry features.

Bet On Gammon and Backgammon Social Club are Bet On Reach brands. References to a brand do not change the identity of the website operator. These terms cover Backgammon Social Club material and Bet On Reach agency information appearing on this website. They do not automatically govern a separate website, an in-person event or services purchased under a separate written agreement.

The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Accepting these terms is not agreement to receive marketing or to have personal information sold to sponsors.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement to create an account or use the interactive fantasy and prediction features. Additional age and location restrictions may apply to a separately announced promotion. Do not participate where the activity is prohibited.

Provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure and do not impersonate another person. Use one account per person unless we expressly approve otherwise. We may require email verification and reasonable checks to prevent abuse.

We ask account users to affirm their age and accept the current terms before participating. Our record identifies the accepted version and time. A prior acceptance remains a historical record; we do not treat it as acceptance of a later version.

Our online fantasy and prediction games are free entertainment. No real money is staked. There are no deposits, purchased game credits, cashout or credit redemption. The current online games offer no prizes.

Baxies, Fantasy Credits (FC), draft budgets, virtual stakes, displayed odds, points and simulated returns are game features only. They are not money, cryptocurrency, a bank balance, stored value or an investment. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, redeemed or exchanged for money, goods, services or entry into a paid activity.

A displayed virtual “win”, “return”, “salary”, “price”, “bet” or “payout” does not create a debt payable to a player. Do not sell accounts or credits, arrange outside settlement of virtual results, or use the service to facilitate real-money wagering.

Each contest page and the published How to Play information describe its roster requirements, draft budget, player eligibility, captain treatment, entry limits, deadlines, scoring and tie handling. FC prices are draft values, not player payments or real-money odds.

You are responsible for checking your entry and submitting it before the published lock time. A saved local draft is not a submitted entry. Server records determine whether a submission succeeded and whether it was timely. Entries must satisfy the published rules and current terms at submission.

Player registrations and eligibility may change as reliable organiser information becomes available. We distinguish confirmed information from estimates or pending checks. We may correct factual, technical or scoring errors using the published rules and explain material corrections. We will not invent results, silently change scoring to favour an entrant or retroactively add a prize to a contest that has already accepted entries.

Prediction features use virtual Baxies and the market rules displayed for that game. Market opening, closing, settlement and voiding follow the published mechanics and available verified data. Replay or mock features are simulations and must be identified as such.

Virtual statistics and prices are for entertainment. They are not financial, investment or wagering advice, and do not guarantee any outcome in a real match or another service.

These terms do not announce or promise a prize. Current balances and points do not create a right to any future prize or conversion.

If we introduce a prize promotion, we will publish separate Official Rules before entries open. Those rules will identify the operator and sponsor, eligible locations and ages, entry period, free entry method, selection or scoring process, tie handling, prizes and values, winner verification, delivery, privacy information and applicable conditions. Only a promotion clearly announced with its own rules offers the prizes stated there.

A purchase, subscription, marketing opt-in, purchased token or payment will not be required for entry or provide additional entries or a better chance of winning under our free-play promotion policy. A future promotion does not convert Baxies or FC into redeemable value. We will not attach prizes to previously submitted or locked contests under these terms.

News and event links may describe activities with different organisers, prices, eligibility or conditions. Read the organiser’s own event terms before registering. A free RSVP does not mean that every activity at the event is free.

In particular, an in-person format involving a paid chip stack or a cashout is separate from this website’s free online games. The online free-play statement is not a representation that such an event has no financial stakes or has received regulatory approval.

This website does not process event buy-ins or settle chip cashouts. External registration, ticketing and service providers operate under their own published conditions. Agency production and marketing engagements require a separately agreed scope and commercial terms.

The service publishes competitor information from identified tournament, federation and other legitimate public sources, together with appropriate editorial material. A competitor profile does not mean that the competitor has a website account, has joined our marketing list, endorses us, or has authorised every future use of their name or image.

Account display names, team names, points and the participation statistics described in the Privacy Policy may appear publicly. Use a display name that you are comfortable publishing. Account email addresses are not intended for public display. Contact us about factual errors, rights concerns, inappropriate content or privacy requests.

Do not cheat, manipulate submissions or results, create duplicate accounts to evade limits, misuse private information, harass others, upload unlawful content, infringe rights, interfere with security or exploit a technical fault. Do not use automated access that bypasses controls or materially burdens the service.

We may investigate, correct affected records, restrict features or suspend an account on reasonable grounds. Where practical, we will explain a material action and provide a contact route to challenge it. We may act immediately where needed to protect security, participants or legal rights.

We or our licensors retain rights in our original software, branding, articles and media. You may use the website for personal, lawful purposes. A source credit or public link is not a licence to commercially reproduce third-party content.

You retain rights you have in material you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, moderate, operate and publicly display that material as part of the feature you use, including the public leaderboard information described above. This does not transfer ownership of your identity or personal information, authorise unrelated advertising uses of your likeness, or replace the Privacy Policy.

Event filming, contributor releases and client production rights are handled through appropriate separate notices or agreements.

We may receive sponsorship, production fees, advertising fees or affiliate commissions. Relevant commercial relationships will be disclosed clearly alongside the affected content or offer. A disclosure buried in these terms is not the only disclosure we will use.

Sending an enquiry allows us to handle and answer it. It does not subscribe you to newsletters or all Bet On Reach brands. Optional marketing choices are separate from account eligibility and game participation. We do not provide sponsors with account email lists or identifiable gameplay histories under these terms.

We aim to operate the service accurately, but access, feeds, schedules and third-party content may be interrupted or corrected. Keep your own copy of any information important to you and check official organisers for authoritative event details.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that are caused by your unlawful misuse of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You may stop using the service at any time and request account closure through our contact address. The Privacy Policy explains deletion requests and limited retention. Closing an account does not turn a virtual balance into a payment claim.

We may discontinue a free feature with reasonable notice where practical, or restrict access sooner for security, legal requirements or serious misuse. Any separately announced prize promotion must be handled under its published Official Rules and applicable law.

We will identify the effective date and version of updated terms and give reasonable notice of material changes through the website or account communications where appropriate. We will request fresh acceptance before further interactive participation when the terms materially change. Changes do not retrospectively alter a completed contest or erase your mandatory rights.

Nevada law governs this agreement to the extent permitted by applicable law. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and any court jurisdiction required by law, disputes may be brought in the competent courts in Clark County, Nevada. Nothing prevents a complaint to a competent regulator or takes away protections that apply in your place of residence.
